For media templates, include a sample link.

4. Template Category – Select the appropriate category (e.g., Marketing). 5. Template Format – Write the message body and include variables like {{1}}, {{2}}, etc.

4. Send a Promotional WhatsApp Broadcast Message

You can send your promotional message using the Contacts Page. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Contacts Page
2. Filter your audience based on criteria like Last Seen, Created At, Tags, or other attributes
3. Select the contacts by clicking the checkbox next to Name, then click Broadcast
4. Enter your Campaign Name (make sure it matches your use case) and select your approved promotional message template.
5. Click “Send Now” to launch your WhatsApp broadcast.
